Chris Ledger is a
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with some
25 years of experience in general practice on the Isle of Wight,
specialising in residential surveying and valuing. The
majority of his business arises through personal
recommendations.
He
is therefore able to offer a wide range of experience combined
with a wealth of local knowledge.
Chris
is proud to be fully independent, with no connections to any
lending institutions or other businesses. You can
therefore be assured that any report or advice given is totally
impartial. Chris is a sole principal, working from his
home, so that low overheads enable him to offer particularly
